Inventory Stocking Program

Today’s already overburdened purchasing managers are increasingly tasked with the paradox of always keeping inventory levels at an absolute minimum yet never running out of critical stock. At Flexible Circuit, we are firm believers in lean manufacturing techniques and understand the hard costs involved with carrying inventory. We also clearly understand the soft but painful costs of stock outages, line down scenarios, revenues lost from missed shipments and customer dissatisfaction from late deliveries.As a result, we offer a unique program to ease the pain of our purchasing friends.

Flexible Circuit, unlike most of our competitors, can offer you overseas pricing with domestic JIT delivery service. We will manufacture your unique circuit subassemblies in bulk quantities, bring them to our Minnesota warehouse and ship them out in accordance with needs. As your specific production needs change, call or e-mail us and we’ll adjust to your shipment requirements. This is a huge benefit realized by many of our current customers. We stock your inventory in our warehouse until you need it!
